These are some of the sites I have worked on recently, on a freelance basis. At the bottom of the page I have included a brief list of websites that I have helped develop in my professional capacity.
blockhead industries ¬
The aim of this site was to promote the launch of a new range of suncare products from Blockhead Industries. The site features extensive product information, an online store, an interactive quiz and competition and a "members only" press section. Users can also "email a friend" directly from the site if they know someone who may be interested in the website. The site was coded entirely by myself and designed by pixelsoup.
jamface ¬
Jamface sell designer t-shirts for babies and toddlers. While they already had a website, designed by big biscuit, they had no way to sell products online. Taking the original design and concept, I built an online store that enabled jamface to take payments for their products via the worldpay online bank. I also added a user-registration system to the site, allowing repeat visitors to re-enter their details simply by entering their username and password. Finally, I created a password-protected data-management section that allowed Jamface to instantly review and adjust stock-levels, as well as monitor the number of users who had registered with the site.
healthwise ¬
Healthwise already had a website, promoting their educational products and services. However, Healthwise also run a number of courses designed to assist individuals working with clients/young people in related fields. As this list of courses is clearly date-sensitive, and grows and contracts over time, I proposed a flexible "content-managed" solution that allows Healthwise to add courses to their own website, specifying the exact date, duration and content of each course. I also created forms that allowed users to enter their details and apply for courses online. Again, I tailored this new section to blend with the existing design of the site.

Whilst working full-time for a large Advertising Agency in Manchester, I helped develope websites for companies such as :

As these were very much "team" efforts, I don't feel it's appropriate to go into extensive detail here. However, I am more than happy to discuss my own contribution to these projects in person.
